We are looking for a seasoned IR Manager with strong exposure to unionized manufacturing environments.

Key Requirements:

10+ years of core Industrial Relations experience

Expertise in wage settlements, union negotiations & collective bargaining

Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws

Experience handling disciplinary cases, domestic enquiries & statutory compliance

Exposure to plant-level IR operations
