Role Description

As a full-time Manager of Human Resources at NKS Super Speciality Hospital, you will lead HR policies, recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives. You will oversee training and development programs, ensure compliance with labor laws, and handle employee relations. You will also play a key role in strategic workforce planning and improving workplace culture. This is an on-site role located in Saraswati Vihar.

Qualifications

Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance standards
Exceptional skills in employee engagement, conflict resolution, and team management
Experience in administering training programs focused on professional development and performance management
Strong analytical skills for workforce analysis and HR metrics
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR, SPHR) are advantageous
