Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and people-focused HR professional to take on the role of HR Business Partner (HRBP) for our Andhra Pradesh & Telangana (APTS) region, based out of Vijayawada.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in business partnering for sales, credit, and branch operations teams, with proven ability to align HR strategy with business goals. Should be skilled in driving engagement, managing performance, improving retention, and building a high-performance culture across multiple locations.
What You?ll Do:
Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders across APTS, ensuring effective implementation of people strategies.
Manage the complete
employee lifecycle
? from onboarding to exit ? ensuring a seamless HR experience for all employees.
Partner with business and functional leaders to
forecast manpower needs
, support hiring, and ensure timely backfilling of critical roles.
Drive
employee engagement initiatives
, recognition programs, and communication forums to foster a positive work culture.
Monitor
attrition trends
, conduct exit analyses, and work with leadership to implement retention and development plans.
Lead
performance management processes
, goal setting, and mid-year / annual reviews to ensure fairness and alignment with business outcomes.
Support
training and capability-building initiatives
in collaboration with L&D and functional leaders.
Ensure adherence to HR policies, compliance, and governance standards across all branches in the region.
Provide actionable
HR analytics and dashboards
to management, highlighting key people metrics and insights.
Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams to deliver end-to-end HR excellence.
What We?re Looking For:
Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA in HR preferred)
5?10 years of experience
in HR business partnering, preferably within BFSI / NBFC / Financial Services sector.
Strong exposure to
sales and branch HR
environments with multi-location responsibility.
Demonstrated ability to
influence and partner with business leaders
to drive organizational effectiveness.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience in
employee relations, engagement, and performance management.
Proficiency in
Excel, HRMS tools, and data analytics
to generate actionable insights.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
