Job Description

Job Location : Tiruchengode (Week Off 4 Days - Every Sunday is working for half day and other 2 week off can take any of the week days.)

Recruitment and staffing:

· Create and implement effective recruiting tactics to attract competent individuals.

· Oversee the hiring process, which includes job ads, interviews, selection, and onboarding for new workers.

· Collaborate with department heads to determine staffing requirements and guarantee timely hiring.

Employee Relations:

· Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, complaints, and dispute resolution.

· Encourage a positive, inclusive workplace atmosphere.

· Improve communication between management and staff in order to develop a collaborative work environment.

Performance Management:

· Set up performance management systems to evaluate and enhance staff performance.

· Conduct regular performance reviews and give constructive comments to employees.

· Develop and manage employee recognition and reward programs.

Training and Development:

· Identify training requirements and organise employee development initiatives.

· Organise workshops and other training efforts to improve employees' skills and expertise.

· Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make any required changes.

Compensation and Benefits:

· Conduct salary benchmarking and job evaluations to ensure equitable pay structures.

· Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.

· Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

Compliance and Legal:

· Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.

· Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements.

· Prepare and submit necessary HR reports and documentation.

Office Management:

· Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workplace.

· Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability and proper use of resources.

· Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities.

Human Resources Support:

· Organise recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing applicant documentation.

· Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.

· Maintain employee records and assist with payroll processing.

Budgeting and Financial Management:

· Assist in preparing and managing the administrative budget.

· Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.

· Handle billing, invoicing, and financial reporting related to administrative activities.

· Maintain Asset Register and Administration Expenses Calendar.

Health and Safety:

· Ensure the office environment complies with health and safety regulations.

· Conduct regular safety inspections and address any issues.

· Organize health and wellness programs for employees.

Data Management:

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative records and databases.

· Ensure confidentiality and security of data.

· Generate and analyze reports for management review.
