Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Manager, Fundraising Partnership and Operations. The role involves planning and executing communication strategies, managing partnerships, overseeing public and corporate communications initiatives, and organizing events to advance the organization’s mission. You will act as a liaison with stakeholders, manage media relations, ensure cohesive external communications, and support project management to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Corporate Communications, with experience in creating messaging strategies and managing stakeholder engagement
• Proven expertise in Project Management, including the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and track their progress
• Event Planning skills, with the ability to organize and execute events effectively
• Experience in Media Relations, including building and maintaining relationships with media outlets
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and maintain high levels of professionalism
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with non-profit operations is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred

Salary Remuneration - 12 LPA – (50K Fixed + 50K Variable) or Commensurate with experience and aligned with NGO sector standards. Performance-linked incentives may apply.
