Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager - Finance (Chartered Accountant) located in Chennai. The role involves overseeing financial planning and analysis, ensuring compliance with regulatory and tax requirements, and managing financial reporting. The Manager will execute budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance evaluations, while supporting key decision-making processes. Additional responsibilities include formulating financial policies, conducting audits, managing cash flow, and contributing to strategic financial planning to support the company’s operational and expansion objectives.

• Proficiency in financial reporting, auditing, and compliance
• Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory, tax policies, and statutory requirements

• Experience in cash flow management and strategic financial planning
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate across functions
• Advanced knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems
• CA qualification with a proven track record in similar roles, preferably in the energy or power sector
