Manager - Finance (Chartered Accountant)

Chennai based position:

🚨 We’re Hiring: Manager – FP&A (Chartered Accountant)

📍 Chennai | Manufacturing | 5–8 Years Experience

Having recently transitioned to SAP S/4HANA Cloud, we are looking for a finance professional who can help build deeper financial insights, strengthen planning processes, and support strategic initiatives.

What you will do:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting

• Drive MIS, variance analysis and management reporting

• Build financial models for strategic decision-making

• Generate data-driven insights from SAP S/4HANA

• Support fund raising initiatives and banking relationships

• Work closely with the CFO and leadership team

• Oversee accounting operations and strengthen financial controls

What we are looking for:

• Chartered Accountant with 5–8 years of experience

• Strong background in FP&A / corporate finance / manufacturing finance

• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills

• Experience working with ERP-driven financial data environments (preferably SAP)

• Ability to translate financial data into business insights

Salary range is between 8 - 11L
