Manager- Finance & Accounts

Role Summary:
Looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager with strong hands‑on experience in SAP (FI/CO), taxation, and financial reporting.
Candidate must have M.Com (5+ years exp.) or CA (Inter) with 3+ years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end‑to‑end accounting in SAP (FI/CO).
Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and MIS reports.
Manage AP/AR, bank reconciliation, ledger review, and month‑end closing.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory filings.
Coordinate internal & external audits.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Implement internal controls and improve SAP processes.
Lead and guide the accounts team.

Required Qualifications:
M.Com + 5+ years’ experience in Finance/Accounts.
CA (Inter) with 3+ years of experience
SAP (FI/CO) hands‑on experience – mandatory.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, financial statements, and audits.
Kannada fluency (spoken & written).
