Job Title: Manager - F&A

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst with strong expertise in financial modelling, SAP, Ind AS, advanced Excel, and Power BI. This role is pivotal in analysing financial data, developing forecasts, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making across multiple subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Modelling & Forecasting: Develop and maintain complex models to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.
Data Analysis: Analyse historical financial data to identify key drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities.
SAP & Reporting: Extract and validate financial data from SAP, ensuring accuracy and integrity. Create dashboards and reports in Power BI for actionable insights.
Compliance: Prepare financial statements in line with Ind AS and assist in implementing new accounting standards.
Business Performance Review: Conduct in-depth analysis to assess performance and recommend improvement strategies.
Stakeholder Support: Prepare ad hoc analysis and presentations for management, auditors, and subsidiary finance teams.

Skills & Attributes

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7
10 years of post-qualification experience.
Strong expertise in SAP, Ind AS, advanced Excel, and Power BI.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple entities and deliver within timelines.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Competencies: Strategic orientation, planning & decision-making, teamwork, interpersonal influence, and execution focus.
