Job Description
Role: Manager – Enterprise Risk Management
Experience : 4 to 6 years of relevant post qualification experience in leading and / or driving ERM projects
Role in detail :
- Program Manage & support the Head of Risk Management in driving ERM processes across the enterprise (Nykaa Group of entities), as also in establishing appropriate ERM framework including risk policies, metrics, reporting and monitoring.
- Leads risk identification workshops, supports in potential risk identification by scanning business landscape, analyzing data, observing processes, and talking to peers and key stakeholders.
- Reviews pertinent financial & operational data and other information related to business operations.
- Gathers and compiles data related to risk factors and harnesses risk intelligence from internal and external resources.
- Drafts and delivers reports and / or presentations outlining key risks, risk mitigation action plans,
- Supports in identification of linkages between Key Performance Indicators and Key risk indicators.
- Identifies, selects, or develops and support in implementation of appropriate risk assessment models or methodologies.
- Ensures and/or facilitates adequate communication of concerning key risks including Risk committee of the Board.
- Drafts and/or evaluates risk disclosures and similar documentation for external reporting.
- Maintains knowledge of existing and developing laws and regulations related to the organization’s industry; assesses and explains how new requirements may affect the organization in terms of risk exposure.
- Supports in performance of such other relevant duties relating to building of organizational resilience as may be assigned.
Desired Qualification(s) :
- Chartered Accountant, or MBA (Finance), Postgraduate in Economics / Business Studies.
- A level 3 pass from the Institute of Risk Management (IRM) or certification in Risk Management from leading institutes such as GARP, or the IIA will be an added advantage.
Technical Competencies :
- Deep domain understanding of the application of ISO 31000 and COSO 2017 ERM frameworks.
- Skilled in analysis and review of reports and making coherent and insightful presentations for Senior Management & Board committees.
- Understanding of PESTLE analysis
- Statistical Risk modelling techniques (desirable but not essential)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and GRC software.
