Manager - Direct Taxation

Job Summary:

Part of the tax team, involved in direct tax compliances, accounting, litigation and advisory for SNV Aviation Pvt Ltd.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the company’s direct tax position
• Prepare and review corporate tax returns and related filings
• Monthly TDS computation and assistance with monthly TDS payments
• Preparation of data and filing TDS returns on quarterly basis
• Issuing TDS certificates
• Reconciliations of TDS receivable and TDS payable for audit purpose
• Knowledge of SAP for tax accounting and clearing
• Review of tax documents and contracts (domestic and international) from tax perspective.
• Maintain accurate records and schedules for tax submissions and reconciliations and assistance in tax litigation
• Responsible for Tax Automation, Tax Accounting, TDS filing, Tax Compliance, Tax Advisory and Corporate Tax FS

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant
• 5+ years' of experience as tax profession with Big 4 Consultant Firm
• Strong communication and analytical skills
