Job Description

Saint-Gobain Glass India is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to elevate digital presence across search, web content, and digital engagement platforms like email and WhatsApp. This is a pivotal role for a strategic marketer who can bridge technical expertise with creative execution in a complex, multi-product manufacturing environment.

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of our SEO and AI Optimization (AIO) strategy, ensuring Saint-Gobain maintains strong visibility across both traditional and AI-powered search platforms.

This role involves working closely with our diverse product teams to craft and manage web content that accurately represents our portfolio while driving organic growth and audience engagement.

You’ll also own our email marketing and automation function, supporting product launches, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives across our B2B and B2C audiences, including architects, interior designers, trade partners, fabricators and end consumers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing a robust SEO and AIO strategy that improves organic search rankings and adapts to the evolving landscape of AI-driven search and discovery.
  • Collaborating with individual product teams to gather technical inputs and translate them into compelling, search-optimised web content.
  • Working with external agency partners to publish content through ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and alignment with Saint-Gobain brand guidelines.
  • Designing and executing email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns and automation workflows tailored to different audience segments.
  • Monitoring SEO, content, and email performance using analytics tools and presenting actionable insights and reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Keeping pace with developments in AI search behavior, Google algorithm updates, and digital marketing best practices relevant to the building materials and glass industry.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO and content management.
  • Demonstrated understanding of AIO and how AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity are reshaping how audiences discover products and brands.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and email marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple internal stakeholders and product teams, managing competing priorities with professionalism and clarity.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms such as SEMrush or Ahrefs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • A self-motivated, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to operate independently.
