About the Team: The Credit Analytics team supports Lowe’s Credit, Field (RCM), and Payments leadership by enabling data-driven decision making across credit performance, store prioritization, promotion effectiveness, and program execution. The team acts as a centralized analytics and enablement hub for Credit initiatives.
Job Summary:
The Manager – Credit Analytics is responsible for leading the Credit Analytics function, setting strategic direction, and ensuring effective execution across analytics delivery and program enablement. This role owns prioritization, intake governance, and stakeholder alignment while guiding a team of analysts delivering insights for Credit leadership and field teams. This role is not a technical delivery or product management role, but a strategy, orchestration, and enablement role ensuring analytics and credit initiatives are executed with clarity, focus, and impact.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities:
- Own the Credit Analytics roadmap, prioritization, and delivery governance
- Act as the primary analytics partner to Credit leadership, RCM teams, and Payments stakeholders
- Manage intake, prioritization, and tracking of Credit analytics and Credit program initiatives
- Provide leadership visibility into status, risks, and dependencies across initiatives
- Guide development of scalable dashboards, frameworks, and reporting solutions
- Ensure alignment between Credit Analytics, Promo Analytics, and Base Pricing areas
- Coach and develop a team of analysts; ensure quality, consistency, and business relevance of outputs
- Drive documentation, knowledge management, and onboarding materials for Credit analytics
- Research, design, and develop applicable statistical approaches/models for specific business problems
Years of Experience:
- 8-10 years of relevant experience
Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)
Required Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 8+ years of experience in analytics, finance, or business operations
- Proven experience leading analytics or insight teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Skill Set Required
Primary Skills (must have)
- Strong business and analytical acumen
- Experience prioritizing and managing multiple workstreams
- Ability to translate ambiguity into structured execution plans
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Data-driven storytelling and executive communication
- Experience in Pricing Analytics or Marketing Analytics or Retail Analytics or Credit Analytics
Secondary Skills (desired)
- Experience in Credit, Payments, or Financial Services
- Experience in Retail or Consumer-facing businesses
- Exposure to Power BI, SQL, or enterprise reporting environments
- Experience working in Global Operating Model
- Project Management experience
