Role Overview - The Assistant Manager / Manager – The role involves managing end-to-end dealer schemes, discounts, and incentive programs to drive sales growth while ensuring financial control, accurate accounting, compliance, and strong knowledge of customer accounting.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Schemes Management

  • Design, implement, and manage dealer schemes, discounts, and incentive programs in alignment with business objectives
  • Ensure accurate accounting, provisioning, and tracking of schemes in SAP/ERP systems
  • Validate and process dealer scheme claims as per approved terms and conditions
  • Monitor scheme performance, utilization, and ROI through periodic MIS and highlight variances
  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and regional teams for smooth execution and communication of schemes
  • Ensure timely resolution of dealer queries related to schemes, incentives, and payouts
  • Drive process improvements and automation for efficient scheme management

2. Customer Accounting

  • Creation and maintenance of customer codes in SAP
  • Accounting and posting of collections in ERP
  • Manage customer master data and ensure accuracy
  • Process customer Credit Notes / Debit Notes

3. Pricing & Commercial ControlsSupport pricing activities and maintain pricing data Ensure adherence to approved pricing structures Coordinate with sales and finance teams for pricing updates Qualifications & Experience

Qualifications & Experience

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter) / ICWA (Inter)
  • 8–12 years of experience in commercial/finance roles with exposure to dealer or channel Incentive schemes (preferably in manufacturing/industrial sector)

Key Skills

  • Strong knowledge of commercial accounting and scheme structures
  • Proficiency in SAP (SD/FICO) and advanced MS Excel
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Strong stakeholder and dealer management skills
