About The Role

Support Healthcare Finance activities such as query handling, adhoc analysis, deck preparation and other activities of P&L and Balance Sheet management on a need basis or as directed from time to time. Your expertise in MS Excel and finance domain knowledge will be pivotal in driving financial insights and supporting strategic decision-making.

In This Role, You Will

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Utilize MS Excel to create complex financial models that aid in evaluating business performance and opportunities.
  • Monitor financial transactions and ensure all financial activities are recorded accurately in the financial system.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct variance analysis to compare actual financial performance against budgeted figures and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining the integrity of financial data.
  • Participate in financial audits and provide necessary documentation and support to auditors.
  • Communicate financial insights and recommendations to management to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve financial processes and strategies.
