Role Description The Manager Brand Solutions is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad, responsible for developing and executing brand partnership strategies across Entrepreneur Media APAC’s platforms. This role includes designing integrated brand solutions, customizing proposals, and managing end-to-end campaign delivery for advertisers and partners. The manager will collaborate closely with editorial, marketing, sales, design, and events teams to create high-impact content, sponsorships, and experiential formats that meet client objectives. Day-to-day activities involve meeting prospective clients, understanding their marketing and branding needs, preparing pitches, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely execution and reporting. The role also includes monitoring performance, optimizing campaigns, nurturing long-term client relationships, and identifying new revenue and partnership opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in brand solutions, media sales, or integrated marketing within a digital, print, or events-led organization.
  • Strong client-facing skills, including relationship management, needs assessment, and consultative selling.
  • Ability to conceptualize and package brand solutions that align editorial, content, events, and digital assets with client goals.
  • Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, advertising ecosystems, and brand-building in B2B and B2C contexts.
  • Competence in campaign planning, project management, timeline management, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and proposal-writing abilities.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Prior experience in media, publishing, events, or startup ecosystems in APAC is an advantage.
