MIPL is seeking a highly competent, dynamic, and result-oriented finance professional to join our accounts team in Kolkata, reporting to Senior Manager Accounts & Finance


Company Description Miura Infrastructure Private Limited is a growing engineering and infrastructure company providing custom manufactured technological and building structures, as well as machined equipment, to sectors such as steel, power, cement, and construction. The company’s main manufacturing operations are based in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, supported by offices in Kolkata and Mumbai that serve customers across India and in select international markets. MIPL currently executes approximately 3,500 to 4,000 MT of structural fabrication per month and employs more than 800 team members.


Qualifications

  • Strong core accounting and finance skills.
  • Proficiency in Tally, along with solid MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of Indian taxation and regulatory requirements (GST, TDS, income tax, statutory compliances) and experience supporting audits.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to prepare reports and interact with management, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualifications such as CA/ICWA or MBA (Finance) are an advantage.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, infrastructure, or engineering project environments is highly beneficial.


Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting & Finalization: Preparation and finalization of Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements, and budgeting.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Handling GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC / MCA and ensuring strict adherence to Company Law and tax codes.
  • Inventory Control: Overall control, monitoring, and quarterly review of multi-locational stock including Raw Materials, Consumables & WIPs.
  • Core Accounting: Managing Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), payroll processing, expense reports, and account reconciliation.
  • Audits & Management Reporting: Conducting internal audits for policy compliance, tracking cost-reduction proposals, and presenting budgets/financial reports to upper management.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Overseeing invoice processing, data entry, meticulous recordkeeping, and essential banking operations.
