Ecosystem Strategy & Roadmap

  • Develop and implement the strategic roadmap for EV & Alternate Fuel Ecosystem readiness aligned with organizational goals and market evolution.
  • Identify key enablers — infrastructure, dealer network readiness, technology integration, and government policy support — to accelerate adoption.
  • Continuously assess customer expectations, market trends, and competitor initiatives to refine and future-proof the ecosystem strategy.
  • Infrastructure Development & Enablement
  • Define and prioritize infrastructure requirements such as charging/refueling stations, power management, and maintenance setups at both customer and dealer ends.
  • Collaborate with energy providers, charging/refueling infrastructure companies, government agencies, and external service providers to build a scalable and reliable ecosystem, considering customer operations, uptime needs, and total cost of ownership (TCO) objectives.
  • Strategic Partnerships & Collaborations
  • Identify, establish, and manage partnerships with ecosystem players including charging/refueling providers, energy companies, fleet operators, and dealer networks.
  • Develop joint business models and strategic alliances to enhance infrastructure capabilities, service reach, and value-added offerings.
  • Customer Experience & Enablement
  • Ensure end-to-end customer readiness through integrated ecosystem solutions covering charging/refueling access, uptime assurance, and service network preparedness.
  • Collaborate with dealers to build customer-facing readiness, including training, tools, and digital enablement platforms for smooth EV & Alt. fuel operations.
  • Cross-functional Integration
  • Work closely with Product Engineering, Service, Sales, and Network Development teams to integrate ecosystem solutions across vehicle lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Ensure synergy between AMC, telematics, and digital platforms to provide holistic ecosystem support for customers.
  • Act as a single point of contact for internal functions and external partners on all ecosystem-related initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering;
  • 3-4 years of experience in the automotive or mobility industry, with strong exposure to EV, alternate fuel technologies, or ecosystem development.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, partnership management, and infrastructure enablement related to new energy mobility.
  • Strong understanding of dealer operations, customer applications, market dynamics, and government policies influencing EV and alternate fuel adoption.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external service providers to drive execution excellence.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills, with the ability to convert strategy into implementable ecosystem solutions.
