Job Title: Administrative Assistant/HR (Assistant to MD)
Experience Required: 2-4 years of experience
Location: New Delhi

Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Managing Director, providing day-to-day administrative and operational support.
Manage and maintain the Managing Director's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
Coordinate with teams to ensure timely execution of tasks assigned by the Managing Director.
Follow up with departments and track the progress of ongoing tasks and projects.
Assist the Managing Director in overseeing the day-to-day operations across the group companies.
Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Maintain confidential documents, reports, and business records with accuracy.
Assist with internal and external communication on behalf of the Managing Director.
Ensure company priorities and deadlines are communicated and executed effectively.
Assist with internal and external communications on behalf of the Head of Operations.
Qualifications Required:
2-4 years of relevant experience in HR, operations, administrative or related roles.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Resilience and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach.
