Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities And Accountabilities

• Assure daily operation is in line with HSE requirement and OE std.
• Responsible for the entire plant high and low voltage distribution cabinet operation and maintenance, carried out to stop transmission switching operation according to maintenance requirements.
• Implement the mechanical & Electrical maintenance activities with respect to the preventive and predictive maintenance plan
• Responsible for factory fire-fighting system, the water system, monitoring system, Lifting Tackle, generator, and regular inspection of central air conditioner.
• Responsible for some of the files management and maintenance records and updates.
• To improve functioning of cooling towers, transformers, DG, compressor, STP, ETP, RO systems, DE, FE, CVS system and other plant utilities.
• Complete other work assigned by task
• Support for New production line equipment installation and debugging.
• Maintain documentation to comply with the IATF 16949:2016,EMS 14001, certification process.
• Performs the duties of the Handover in the maintenance department
  
  

Education

Minimum qualification of Diploma(Three year) in electrical, Mechanical and instrumental engineering

Has relative knowledge regarding the electric and mechanic. electrician / Fitter certification;

Work Experience

• 5 year experience in Maintenance department from multi-national Chemical /engineering company
• Have strong HSE sense & housekeeping awareness.
• Be familiar with PLC and DRIVE operation. Be familiar with mechanical automation, electrical diagram, inverter and LED touch panel maintenance and operation.
• Be familiar with construction and principles of extruder, feeders, Pelletizing system, Conveying System and accessories and with years’ experience on maintenance and fixing.
• Be familiar with all Utility equipment’s like Transformer, MV Panel, VCB, ACB, DG, Compressor, Cooling tower, STP, ETP, RO plant system, DE/FE/CVS system and firefighting system
• Strong team work spirit
• Be familiar with Lifting Tackle equipment(Like: Fork Lift, HPT, MEWP, Scissor Lift etc..)
• Be familiar with management process of equipment and accessories, be able to analysis root cause of problem and fix basic/regular problems independently.
  
  

Licenses & Certifications

Certificate from Industrial Training Institute for Trade Fitter and Electrician, or Diploma (Electrical / Mechanical) Certification from Indian Govt. authorized institute.
