Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Executive to take care of our cloud kitchen equipment
and ensure everything is running smoothly. You will be responsible for fixing any kitchen-related
issues and making sure all machines and systems work properly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check and maintain kitchen equipment like ovens, refrigerators, exhaust systems, and gas
lines.
- Do regular inspections to prevent breakdowns.
- Quickly repair any electrical, plumbing, or mechanical problems.
- Coordinate with outside vendors for major repairs.
- Keep records of maintenance work and equipment service schedules.
- Ensure the kitchen is safe and follows hygiene standards.
- Respond to urgent repair requests from the kitchen team.
- Assist in setting up new equipment when needed.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and kitchen appliances.
- Experience in maintenance work, especially in restaurants or cloud kitchens.
- Ability to handle tools and repair equipment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ready to work flexible hours or in shifts if needed.
