Maintenance Supervisor

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Supervisor located in Coimbatore. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee routine inspections, carry out preventive maintenance schedules, and promptly address maintenance and repair concerns. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring safety and compliance standards are upheld. Collaborating with management and suppliers for efficient operations is also a key part of the role.

• Proven Supervisory Skills, including team management and task delegation
• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and related techniques
• Hands-on experience in Maintenance & Repair tasks
• Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Well-versed in safety and compliance regulations
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in mechanical or electrical systems
• Previous experience in facility or property management is a plus
