Maintenance Manager-Electrical (Tap Hole Clay)

Responsibilities

Following, respecting & establishing all EHS standards, guidelines & protocols in workplace

Commissioning of plant and Equipments,

Troubleshooting of PLC, VFDs and DCS

Erection and commissioning of green field projects with Calderys safety and quality standards

Ensuring the inspection & plant maintenance is being executed using proper techniques.

Handling CAPEX projects and delivery on time.

Ensuring adherence to planned cost & timeline.

Ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of the equipment.

Developing technical specification for equipment / material for purchases and for subcontracting in SAP.

Ensuring jobs are executed in safely as per company protocols & with required quality.

Adopting the operational excellence culture as and when required. Co-ordination and compliance of Internal &

External audits and statutory requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And Other Characteristics

Good knowledge on P&ID, SLD, circuit drawings, etc.

Knowledge in Autocad for preparing layout, wiring diagram.

Sound knowledge of field instruments like Level Transmitters, Control Valves, Pressure Transmitters,

Temperature Transmitters etc.

Troubleshooting knowledge on PLC, VFDs and DCS

Knowledge of electrical interface for signal exchange between PCC/MCC/Switchyard

Basic Electrical knowledge like reviewing SLD, Load Calculation

Experience on project execution

Knowledge on IP/OP testing

Experience on plant commissioning

Ability to interpret basic financial data

Excellent communication, able to facilitate discussions and prepare presentations

Requirements

• Essential: B. Tech/ BE in EE/EEE/ECE from reputed college with 6 to 8 years of experience.
• Preferred: Work experience in refractory/cement manufacturing
