Job Description
Responsibilities/Expertise:
- Monitor and manage email inboxes for incoming Title, Insurance and Recorded documents; review and upload them to Salesforce for the respective files.
- Strong knowledge of reviewing the post-closing documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Strong knowledge on reviewing the Final Title Policy, Recorded Documents and Insurance policy.
- Complete the Data Entry in Salesforce for the received Final Title Policy, Recorded Documents and Insurance policy.
- Strong knowledge in email management and communication skills.

Criteria:
Minimum 2 years' experience in US Residential mortgage post-closing and Title review.
Flexible to work in shifts.
