Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 5 to 10 years of experience in Magento to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model and contribute to the development and enhancement of our e-commerce platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Magento and the ability to implement complex solutions to meet business needs. Responsibilities ? Develop and maintain Magento-based e-commerce solutions to ensure optimal performance and user experience. ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. ? Implement new features and functionalities to enhance the platforms capabilities. ? Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operation of the e-commerce platform. ? Optimize website performance and scalability through code reviews and performance tuning. ? Ensure code quality and maintainability by following best practices and coding standards. ? Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. ? Conduct regular system updates and security patches to maintain platform integrity. ? Integrate third-party services and APIs to extend the functionality of the e-commerce platform. ? Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and daily stand-ups. ? Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components. ? Document technical specifications and development processes for future reference. ? Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the platform. Qualifications ? ? Possess extensive experience in Magento development including custom module creation and theme customization. ? Demonstrate proficiency in PHP MySQL HTML CSS and JavaScript. ? Have a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and SEO principles. ? Show Experience With Version Control Systems Like Git. ? Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ? Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
