Machine Operator

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Machine Operator located in Ernakulam. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring automated machinery used for injection molding and robotic packing. Daily tasks include performing routine quality control checks, troubleshooting and maintaining machinery, and ensuring proper handling of hand tools. Safety compliance, efficiency in operations, and collaboration with the quality assurance team are key aspects of the role.

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and general knowledge of machinery
• Experience in Quality Control to ensure manufacturing accuracy and product standards
• Skill in handling and maintaining tools, including Hand Tools
• Effective Communication skills for collaboration with team members and reporting to supervisors
• Attention to detail and an understanding of safety protocols in manufacturing environments
• Basic educational qualifications such as a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or medical device industry is advantageous
