Machine Learning Expert

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, train, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for agricultural and AI-driven applications.
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines from data collection and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets, including text, images, sensor data, and geospatial datasets.
• Develop predictive models using classical Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques.
• Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) and Vision Language Models (VLMs) for domain-specific applications.
• Collaborate with AI Researchers, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product teams to develop scalable AI products.
• Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and continuously improve model accuracy.
• Develop APIs and services for integrating ML models into production systems.
• Optimize inference performance and deployment using cloud and edge computing platforms.
• Maintain documentation, experiment tracking, and version control of ML models.
• Stay updated with the latest research in Machine Learning, Generative AI, Computer Vision, NLP, and AI for Agriculture.

Key Skills and Competencies

• Strong proficiency in Python and Machine Learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience in developing, training, evaluating, and deploying Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, or Computer Vision is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on complex, real-world AI challenges.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning in emerging AI and Machine Learning technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Electronics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
• Experience with supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement, and transfer learning techniques.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
