Job Summary

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will design, build, deploy, and optimize machine learning models that power data-driven applications. You will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to develop end-to-end ML solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for real-world business applications.
• Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets to extract meaningful insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into production systems.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement feature engineering, model validation, and hyperparameter tuning techniques.
• Monitor deployed models and improve accuracy through continuous retraining.
• Develop APIs and services to serve machine learning models.
• Document technical designs, experiments, and implementation details.
• Stay current with advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Data Science.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning algorithms.
• Experience with data processing libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience deploying ML models using REST APIs or cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, or Generative AI applications.
• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
• Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud AI/ML services.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker.
• Experience with Apache Spark, Databricks, or distributed data processing frameworks.
• Relevant certifications in AI, Machine Learning, or Cloud platforms are a plus.
