Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ML Manager / Lead Data Scientist to lead our growing ML/Gen AI Engineering team . You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying ML/Gen AI applications end-to-end ? from concept to production ? working closely with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: ? Design, build, and operational ML and Gen-AI models , including fine-tuning and personalization. ? Lead the architecture and development of scalable, reliable, and cost-effective Generative AI solutions , including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and LLM workflows . ? Oversee prompt engineering , model evaluation , and vector database integration for GenAI systems. ? Manage and mentor a team of 4+ ML/Data Science professionals , ensuring best practices in development and deployment. ? Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, product managers, and software architects . ? Build and deploy machine learning pipelines on GCP / AWS / Azure , integrating with data warehouses, dashboards, or CRM tools. ? Write clean, high-quality, and scalable code in Python for core components (prompt orchestration, vector search, data processing, inference serving). ? Drive model evaluation , performance tuning , and scalability improvements in production environments. Mandatory Skills: ? Minimum 8 years of professional software engineering experience. ? Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience designing and building AI/ML applications for real-world use. ? Minimum 2 years of experience leading and mentoring ML/Data Science teams (4+ members). ? Deep expertise in Python , NumPy , Pandas , and ML frameworks ( TensorFlow , PyTorch , Scikit-learn , XGBoost ). ? Strong knowledge of Generative AI / LLMs , Prompt Engineering , RAG pipelines , LangChain , and Vector Databases . ? Proven experience with ML model deployment and MLOps on Google Cloud (preferred) , AWS , or Azure . ? Strong understanding of NLP , Computer Vision , or other Deep Learning domains. ? Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Good to Have (Preferred Skills): ? Google Cloud Certified ? Professional ML Engineer or TensorFlow Developer certification. ? Experience working with AutoML , Vision AI , or Conversational AI projects. ? Master?s degree in Machine Learning , Statistics , or a related technical field.
