Position Overview You lead the deployment of advanced vision-language models that power a personalised, photo-realistic user experience. You fine-tune and integrate models such as Stable Diffusion, LoRA, and CLIP into real-time pipelines, optimising for delight, accuracy, performance, and cost. You partner with product and design to bring generative AI capabilities to an innovative dating platform. Role & Responsibilities You build and deploy cutting-edge vision-language pipelines (e.g., Stable Diffusion, LoRA, CLIP, BLIP) for personalised and authentic user profile visuals. You fine-tune LoRA models to reflect each user?s best version while preserving identity integrity. You design scalable APIs for image generation, editing, and personalisation. You work with UX and design teams to integrate image-generation flows that feel intuitive and delightful. You optimise models for mobile performance, fast inference, and cost efficiency. You collaborate with product, backend, and ML researchers to productionise new ideas. Must have Criteria Experience with computer vision, generative models, or deep learning Hands-on expertise with Stable Diffusion, LoRA training, and prompt engineering Exposure to vision-language architectures such as Flux, CLIP, and BLIP Proficiency in PyTorch or equivalent ML frameworks Strong understanding of image pipelines, dataset curation, and captioning Experience deploying ML models on cloud services (e.g., Replicate, Hugging Face Spaces; ideally on GPUs) Ability to write production-ready Python, manage versioned models, and build real-time inference stacks Passion for building human-centred AI experiences Nice to Have Experience with personalisation, avatars, or face-preserving generative models Contributions to open-source vision models or fine-tuning libraries Experience in a startup or fast-paced, product-focused team What We Offer Join a founding team where your work is core to product experience Shape the future of how humans connect in the AI era Significant ESOPs and wealth-creation potential Competitive cash compensation
