Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer ll 3-5 years ll Noida with strong hands-on experience in Python, time-series forecasting, and end-to-end ML systems. The role involves building and deploying scalable ML solutions for real-world industrial use cases, with a focus on data-driven decision-making, forecasting, and optimization.

We are a team of 550+ engineers, driving innovation across Product & Data Engineering, focusing on Agentic AI, RPA, Full Stack, and GenAI-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end ML pipelines (data → model → deployment → monitoring)
• Develop and implement time-series forecasting models for prediction and trend analysis
• Build and manage data pipelines using Python and SQL for reliable data processing
• Perform feature engineering on structured and time-series datasets (lag features, rolling statistics, etc.)
• Train, evaluate, and optimize ML models for performance and scalability
• Deploy ML models into production via APIs (FastAPI/Flask), batch jobs, or real-time systems
• Implement model monitoring, drift detection, and retraining pipelines
• Work with large-scale datasets and ensure efficient data handling
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into ML solutions
• Deliver measurable business impact through data-driven insights and ML models

Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)

• Strong programming skills in Python
• Hands-on experience in Machine Learning (model building + training)
• Strong expertise in Time-Series Forecasting / Predictive Modeling
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and pipeline building
• Experience building end-to-end ML systems
• Hands-on experience in model deployment (APIs / batch / real-time)
• Strong understanding of data preprocessing and feature engineering
• Ability to explain business impact with measurable outcomes

Required / Preferred Skills

• Experience with feature engineering techniques (lag features, rolling stats, seasonality)
• Experience working with large datasets / data pipelines
• Knowledge of MLOps concepts (model monitoring, retraining, versioning)
• Familiarity with FastAPI / Flask / REST APIs
• Experience with PySpark / Databricks / Big Data tools (good to have)
• Exposure to industrial / operational / supply chain / energy use cases (preferred)

Good to Have (Optional)

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS)
• Knowledge of optimization techniques or reinforcement learning
• Exposure to real-time data streaming (Kafka, etc.)
