This is a full-time, on-site position located in Roorkee for an experienced professional in the Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) with 5-6 years of experience. The individual will be responsible for performing analytical testing, developing and validating analytical methods, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. The role involves preparing technical documentation and reports, troubleshooting analytical challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to perform detailed testing and ensure the accuracy of results.
• Highly effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with internal teams and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Basic understanding of Software Development and Programming concepts is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Sales processes or experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry-related markets is a plus.
• Master's degree in Pharmacy (M. Pharma) with a specialization in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in working under regulatory guidelines and quality standards in a laboratory setup.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
