Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Luxury Property Sales Executive, based in Kolkata. The role involves identifying potential clients for high-end real estate properties and managing leads. Day-to-day tasks include showcasing premium properties, engaging with prospective buyers, negotiating deals, answering client queries, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Building and maintaining strong client relationships and meeting assigned sales targets form a key aspect of the role.Preffered Female Candidate Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding targets Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients In-depth knowledge of luxury property market trends and customer preferences Ability to deliver customized property solutions and provide exceptional customer service Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software Motivated, goal-driven, and well-organized with attention to detail Prior experience in real estate or luxury property sales is preferred A bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous Local/regional knowledge of Kolkata's real estate landscape is a strong asset
