Description Lucent Innovation is seeking a highly skilled ReactJS + React Native Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in building responsive web applications using ReactJS along with hands-on expertise in React Native for mobile app development. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital solutions. Key Responsibilities Frontend (ReactJS) Development : Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS and Next.js. Build reusable components, UI libraries, and frontend architecture following best practices. Integrate REST APIs and work closely with backend teams for seamless data flow. Optimize application performance, page load time, and core web vitals. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across devices. Mobile App Development (React Native) Develop mobile applications on React Native for both iOS and Android platforms. Work on native modules, third-party library integrations, and API connectivity. Improve performance and address platform-specific bugs and UI issues. Ensure smooth UI transitions, animations, and user-friendly mobile experiences. State Management & Code Quality Implement application state management using Redux, Hooks, or Context API. Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code with proper documentation. Conduct thorough debugging and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards. Collaboration & Execution Work closely with UI/UX designers to convert designs into functional user interfaces. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Stay updated with emerging technologies and adopt new practices for continuous improvement. Take ownership of tasks and ensure timely delivery within deadlines. Mandatory Skills Strong experience (2.5+ years) in ReactJS development. React Native experience is mandatory. Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3. Strong hands-on knowledge of Next.js. Proficiency with Redux, Hooks, Context API. Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills. Experience integrating REST APIs and working with JSON data. Good-to-Have Skills Knowledge of TypeScript. Familiarity with Git and version control best practices. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Exposure to UI libraries like Material UI, TailwindCSS, or Ant Design.
