Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in JavaScript, React, Java, Spring Boot, and databases to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and seamless integration across the stack. Roles & Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using React (frontend) and Java + Spring Boot (backend). Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality features. Build reusable components and libraries for front-end development. Design and implement RESTful APIs and ensure efficient data flow between client and server. Manage and optimize SQL/NoSQL databases, ensuring reliability and performance. Ensure application security, scalability, and maintainability throughout the development lifecycle. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications. Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance product capabilities. Years Of Experience 2 ? 5 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role. Education Qualification & Certifications (optional) Bachelor's degree in computer science, CIS, or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field). Skill Set Required Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frameworks/libraries like React.js. Solid backend development experience using Java and Spring Boot. Strong understanding of database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar). Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Secondary Skills (desired) Experience with microservices architecture. Exposure to containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes. Basic knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest, etc.).
