Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Narpala for a Logistics Manager. The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing the supply chain system, managing warehousing and inventory control, and ensuring timely distribution of goods. Key responsibilities include coordinating and optimizing transportation operations, maintaining vendor relationships, and implementing logistics strategies to improve efficiency. The role also involves monitoring logistics performance and adhering to safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Proven organizational and problem-solving skills with an ability to manage end-to-end logistics processes
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and oversee vendor relations
• Proficiency in inventory management and supply chain planning
• Knowledge of logistics software and analytics tools
• Familiarity with compliance and safety regulations relevant to industrial logistics
• Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Previous experience in logistics or supply chain roles is preferred
