Logistics Manager-HVAC Manufacturing

CLIENT: HVAC Manufacturing plant coming up at Chakan, Pune.

Role Purpose:

Oversee and manage all logistics operations, including inbound and outbound movement, transportation, import/export compliance, coordination with logistics partners, and cost-effective distribution. The role ensures timely delivery, optimized logistics flow, and seamless support to production and customer requirements. HVAC industry background is preferred

KEY DELIVERABLES:

• Manage end-to-end logistics activities, ensuring timely movement of materials, components, and finished goods.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments while maintaining delivery schedules and service-level expectations.
• Ensure proper documentation, dispatch accuracy, and on-time transportation to internal and external customers and timely vehicle movement.
• Oversee import/export processes in accordance with applicable customs regulations.
• Manage relationships with logistics service providers, including freight forwarders, transporters, and carriers.
• Evaluate logistics partners for performance, negotiate favourable terms, and ensure reliable and cost-effective services.
• Oversee all material packing activities, ensuring proper packing standards for safe handling and efficient transportation.
• Resolve logistics bottlenecks proactively and maintain high service reliability

Incumbent profile:

• 12 years of experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch management, and supply chain operations in HVAC Plant.
• Experience in material packing operations will be a strong advantage.

Annual Compensation: 15 LPA
