Job Summary
1. Operation Executive
An Import Operation Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating the import process of goods from international suppliers. The role involves handling documentation, coordinating with freight forwarders, customs agents, and shipping lines to ensure smooth and timely clearance and delivery of imported shipments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end import shipment operations.
- Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines.
- Prepare and verify import documentation such as Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Import License.
- Work with customs brokers to ensure timely customs clearance.
- Track shipments and update internal teams and customers on shipment status.
- Ensure compliance with import regulations and customs procedures.
- Calculate and verify duties, taxes, and other import charges.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams for delivery of imported goods.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of import procedures and international logistics
- Familiarity with customs regulations and documentation
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good problem-solving and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics/ERP software
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or Business Administration

A Sales is responsible for supporting the sales team while ensuring smooth operational processes. The role involves managing customer orders, coordinating with internal departments, maintaining sales records, and helping achieve sales targets through efficient operations and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain sales data, reports, and customer records.
- Monitor inventory levels and order status.
- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis.
- Assist in planning sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues related to orders or delivery.
- Manage documentation such as invoices, purchase orders, and contracts.
Required Skills

Qualifications

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
