We are seeking an Entry-Level Logistics Data Entry Analyst to help support our growing operations. Role Overview As an Entry-Level Logistics Coordinator, you will support the movement of apparel, accessories, and finished goods through our supply chain by ensuring accurate and timely data entry. You will work closely with logistics coordinators, warehouses, and carriers to maintain clean, reliable shipment data and keep our supply chain running seamlessly. Key Responsibilities Enter, update, and maintain logistics and shipment data for inbound and outbound fashion merchandise. Review and validate shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists, invoices) for accuracy, ensuring all SKU, size, and style details are correct. Track shipments from factories, distribution centers, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of product lines. Communicate with logistics partners, warehouse teams, and internal departments to resolve data discrepancies. Assist in preparing daily and weekly logistics reports related to inventory flow, shipments, and delivery timelines. Support administrative tasks such as filing documents, updating databases, and organizing shipment records. Follow established data standards to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems. ? Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in supply chain, business, operations, or fashion merchandising is a plus. Strong attention to detail, especially when handling item details, SKUs, and product attributes common in fashion. Interest in the fashion industry and supply chain operations. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment aligned with seasonal fashion cycles. Requirements Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and comfort working with spreadsheets and databases. Ability to learn ERP, PLM, or logistics platforms (training provided). Reliable, organized, and able to follow established workflows with accuracy. Team-oriented with a willingness to collaborate across departments such as merchandising, production, and warehouse operations. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying data issues.
