Blueprint is a fast-growing, sustainable packaged drinking water brand in India. We sell water in paper cartons instead of plastic or glass, either custom-branded for the client or under our own brand name—designed for modern hotels, restaurants, caterers, cafes, and conscious consumers.

As we scale, logistics efficiency is critical to our margins and service quality.


Role Overview

This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills who will be responsible for end-to-end logistics planning and execution—ensuring deliveries from our factory to clients across India are executed in the most time-efficient and cost-efficient manner.


Deliveries will include both PTL (Part Truck Load) and FTL (Full Truck Load) shipments. While logistics will initially be managed for our Mumbai factory, this role will evolve to include additional manufacturing plants in other parts of India and potentially regional warehouses as the company scales.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute dispatches from our factory to clients across India and for all sales channels
  • Identify, onboard, and manage a network of reliable logistics partners (PTL & FTL)
  • Negotiate freight rates and optimize transportation costs
  • Coordinate with sales and operations to align dispatch schedules
  • Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and reduce transportation costs
  • Coordinate with third-party logistics providers, transporters, and delivery partners to ensure seamless operations
  • Track shipments, ensure timely deliveries and provide updates to the sales team and our customers
  • Resolve transit issues and delays proactively
  • Build processes for freight comparison and vendor evaluation
  • Maintain logistics MIS and cost tracking
  • Support future logistics expansion across additional plants and warehouses
  • Generate and manage all logistics documentation, including e-way bills, delivery challans, and transport invoices


Who We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics / transportation management / distribution operations; prior relation with transporters preferred
  • Exposure to PTL and FTL freight handling
  • Strong negotiation skills with transporters
  • Highly organized with strong execution capability and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Ownership mindset—this role will help build Blueprint’s logistics backbone
