Job Description



  • Shipment Coordination
    • Plan, coordinate, and monitor the movement of goods.
    • Arrange transportation (road, air, or sea) for deliveries and dispatch.
  • Inventory Management
    • Maintain accurate inventory records.
    • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Order Processing
    • Process orders, prepare dispatch documents, and ensure timely delivery.
    • Track shipments and update status regularly.
  • Vendor & Transporter Coordination
    • Communicate with transporters, freight forwarders, and vendors.
    • Negotiate freight rates and ensure cost-effective logistics.
  • Documentation
    • Prepare logistics documents such as invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and shipping documents.
    • Ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.
  • Warehouse Coordination
    • Coordinate with warehouse team for loading and unloading.
    • Ensure proper storage and handling of goods.
  • Tracking & Reporting
    • Track shipments and resolve delays or issues.
    • Prepare logistics reports for management review.
  • Cost Control
    • Monitor logistics expenses and optimize transportation costs.
    • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Customer Support
    • Provide shipment updates to internal teams and customers.
    • Handle delivery-related queries and resolve complaints.
