About VQualify

VQualify is a leading auto-tech and fintech platform in India, working as a digital DSA partner for banks and NBFCs. We enable vehicle sales (2W / 3W / 4W) through digital lead generation, instant loan facilitation, and seamless coordination with lending partners.


Role Overview

We are hiring a central Loan Operations Executive – Digital Lead Management team to drive conversions from digital loan enquiries. This role will act as a bridge between customers and bank/NBFC sales teams across India, ensuring timely follow-ups, better coordination, and improved customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

Digital Lead Coordination

  • Track and manage digital loan leads shared with banks and NBFCs across states
  • Follow up with respective bank/NBFC sales teams for lead status updates
  • Ensure timely action on leads to improve conversion rates

Customer & Partner Engagement

  • Connect with customers to understand loan requirements and guide them
  • Coordinate meetings between customers and nearby bank/NBFC branch sales teams
  • Ensure smooth handover and support throughout the loan journey

Escalation & Stakeholder Management

  • Identify delays or non-action from partner teams and escalate appropriately
  • Communicate effectively with bank/NBFC stakeholders via email and calls
  • Maintain strong working relationships with partner sales teams

MIS & Reporting

  • Maintain daily MIS reports on lead status, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Track performance metrics such as TAT, conversion %, and partner response
  • Use Excel to analyze data and highlight gaps/improvement areas

Process Improvement

  • Identify bottlenecks in lead management and suggest improvements
  • Support in building structured follow-up and tracking processes


Requirements
  • Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / Finance preferred)
  • 1–4 years of prior experience in loan operations, DSA, BFSI, or fintech coordination roles
  • Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting
  • Good written communication skills for professional email drafting
  • Strong verbal communication skills for customer and partner coordination
  • Experience in handling bank/NBFC coordination is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Are comfortable working 6 days from office (Mira Road East)
  • Can join within 15–30 days
