Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of the underwriting criteria and policies of partner banks, including SBI, BOB, ICICI, Axis Bank, HDFC, and others.
• Review and screen education loan applications, guide students on required documentation, and coordinate with bank representatives to ensure smooth loan processing.
• Address and resolve student queries in a timely and effective manner.
• Oversee the complete loan lifecycle, from eligibility assessment through to final loan sanction.
