Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Paralegal based in Boca Raton, FL. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents, reviewing case files, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and managing motions. The role requires strong written communication skills, as the paralegal will be expected to produce high-quality written work product independently. The role will also require collaboration with attorneys and other legal professionals to support litigation processes effectively and ensure case deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
• Experience in conducting thorough and accurate Legal Research
• Expertise in drafting and managing Pleadings and Motions
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective time management with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field preferred
• Paralegal certification is highly desirable
• Prior experience as a Litigation Paralegal is a plus
