Litigation Associate

This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Associate located at Hyderabad House. The Litigation Associate will manage legal cases, draft motions, and perform legal research. Responsibilities include assisting in depositions, representing clients in court proceedings, and collaborating with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies and solutions. This role involves working closely with clients, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with legal standards and deadlines.

• Strong foundational knowledge of Law and familiarity with legal frameworks
• Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and submitting legal Motions
• Ability to conduct thorough and efficient Research to support legal cases
• Experience handling Depositions and preparing deposition summaries
• Understanding of court procedures and experience representing clients in Courts
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification; membership in the Bar Council is required
