Role Description The Line Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role and location varies, responsible for overseeing daily operations on the production line for broiler feed and birds. This role includes planning and monitoring line activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. The Line Supervisor tracks production targets, checks product quality at various stages, and coordinates with maintenance and warehouse teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth workflow. The position also involves guiding and training team members, maintaining documentation and production reports, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in line performance and productivity.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills to lead farmers, manage workloads, and maintain discipline and safety on the production floor.
• Quality control and quality assurance skills to monitor feed and bird quality, implement checks, and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with farmers, management, and support functions, and to report operational issues clearly.
• Prior experience in production, manufacturing, or poultry operations is preferred, particularly within feed or livestock environments.
• Basic understanding of safety regulations, hygiene standards, and process documentation in an industrial or farm setting.
• Ability to work on-site , handle physically active tasks, and manage shifts as required by production schedules.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a vocational or technical qualification in agriculture, animal husbandry, or production management is an advantage.
