Job Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) Developer with 4?6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining LIMS solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of laboratory workflows, data management, and system integration, and will play a key role in enhancing our digital lab infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and maintain LIMS applications to support laboratory operations. Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and laboratory staff to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Customize LIMS workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards based on user needs. Integrate LIMS with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, MES, CDS). Perform system upgrades, patches, and validation activities. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to LIMS functionality and performance. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11). Document technical specifications, user guides, and validation protocols. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, VBScript, Python) and database technologies (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle). Proficiency in Java and good in OOPS concepts Experience with system integration using APIs, web services, or middleware. Familiarity with laboratory processes and terminology. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
