Hiring: Life Sciences Commercial Consultant (10–15 Years)

Location: Hyderabad, Noida, Mumbai, Bangalore

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Life Sciences Commercial Consultant to drive transformation, innovation, and growth across Sales & Marketing functions for global Life Sciences clients.

This role involves strategic consulting, solutioning, and delivering large-scale commercial transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Commercial strategy & roadmap for global Life Sciences organizations
• Lead end-to-end solutioning across Sales & Marketing processes with supporting IT systems
• Drive large transformation programs across the commercial value chain
• Develop thought leadership assets: proposals, PoVs, whitepapers, and offerings
• Build and manage CxO-level client relationships
• Lead consulting engagements and client presentations
• Collaborate with technology vendors (SFDC, Veeva, Adobe, etc.)
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and build practice capabilities

Key Skills & Expertise

• Strong experience in Life Sciences Commercial domain
• Expertise in:

CRM & Digital Marketing

Sales Force Automation (SFA)

Revenue Management

Commercial Analytics & Customer Experience

• Knowledge of tools/platforms: Salesforce, Veeva, Adobe AEM, Model N/Revitas
• Strong consulting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience handling large Pharma Sales & Marketing deals
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills

Preferred Profile

• 10–15 years of experience in Life Sciences (Pharma / Med Devices / CRO / Consumer Health)
• Exposure to US market (Mandatory); EU/global exposure is a plus
• Strong strategic mindset with execution capability
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Education

B.Pharm / B.Tech / BE / M.Tech + MBA (Pharma Management preferred)
