Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Life Insurance Advisor based in Kanpur, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Life Insurance Advisor will be responsible for identifying and meeting customer insurance needs, providing advisory services, selling life insurance and related financial products, and maintaining strong client relationships. Additional duties include conducting policy reviews, addressing customer inquiries, and helping clients understand coverage options and benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Insurance and Finance concepts and policies
• Experience in Consulting and Customer Service
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets
• Proficiency in local languages is a plus
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial sector preferred but not mandatory
• Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is an advantage
