Role Description

• Layout planning & design
• Layout revision, correction & improvement
• Compliance with Development Control Regulations
• Development work supervision
• Technical advisory for plotted layouts & construction activities
• Proposal submissions through Building Plan Management System (BPMS)
• Finalisation & attestation of plan drawings
• Preparation & oversight of technical drawings/AutoCAD design files
• Representation before Planning Authority wherever applicable
• Co-ordination of regulatory paperwork
• On-site inspection & supervision
• Reporting & documentation

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent
• Registered with Council of Architecture (COA) with valid membership

Engagement Details

• Monthly retainer basis of remuneration (starting from ₹35,000/month)
• Performance-based incentives/bonuses
• Site visit expenses & travel accommodation costs to be covered separately
